Wilcox & Flegel owns and operates two Coast Guard-approved, fixed-fueling facilities at the mouth of the Columbia River. We offer clean, filtered fuel at competitive prices, volume discounts, marine lubricants, and waste oil collection. Whether you choose our location in Astoria, Oregon, or Ilwaco, Washington, Wilcox & Flegel will be there to meet your marine fueling needs.

High Volume?
For our high volume customers, we recommend our Astoria dock. With six hoses and an option for a three-inch cam lock hose, we offer a variety of volume and speed. Whether you need 100 gallons or 100,000 gallons, the Astoria dock will tend to your every fueling need.

Commercial Fisherman?
Our Ilwaco facility, though not as large as our Astoria dock, is fully equipped to meet the needs of today's commercial fisherman. Many of our customers choose to have their fuel expense deducted from their fish delivery. Providing our customers with options is one of the values of fueling with Wilcox & Flegel.

The Wilcox & Flegel Marine Division offers a full line of Chevron and ExxonMobil marine lubricants to protect your vessel and its engine, delivering real value to your business. We also provide fast oil changes and waste oil disposal at both our Astoria and Ilwaco dock. We can pump either engine oil or hydraulic oil directly into your reservoir, as well as pump off and dispose of your used oil. Anti-freeze, bilge cleaners, and greases are also available at the docks.
