We partner with Chevron, Texaco, 76, Conoco, Shell, Sinclair.

Who does your fuel hauling?

Wilcox + Flegel has their own company operated trucks to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. This allows us to control our dispatching and ensure our customers tanks never run empty.

What services do you offer to help my business?

We offer Re-Brand programs that grow your business and profit, by redesigning and imaging your store location. We also operate 14 of our own retail fuel stations and help consult our customers on best practices to help increase foot traffic, design store layouts, and increase our customers sales of not just fuel, but food items as well.

Can you help with equipment and maintenance?

Our team has over 30 years experience in the retail industry, we not only can recommend the right equipment to keep your site pristine and functional, but we can get you the best pricing as well. We also have our own internal maintenance team to help with site maintenance such as painting and pressure washing. We are well experienced with Truck Stops, Car Washes, QSR Branding, Quick Lubes and even alternative fuels at c-store locations.

Where can I recycle my used oil/lubricants?
For small to medium quantities of used oil, the following are great options:
 
Many auto-part stores have on-site lubricant recycling. Check with your local store.
 
Garbage and waste disposal sites will often provide lubricant recycling. Check with your local provider.
 
Many mechanic shops will take used oil. Check with your local service center.
 
Recycling Centers will often take used lubricants. Check with your local site.

What products do you offer?

Wilcox and Flegel is a Phillips 66, Kendall, and Redline Oil lubricants distributor. We are also an authorized ExxonMobil Marine distributor. We carry a wide variety of products and package sizes such as:

What package sizes do you carry?

We offer the following package sizes, depending on the product:

  • Quarts
  • Gallons
  • Pail (5 gallon)
  • Pro Pack (6 gallon bag in a box)
  • Keg (16 gallon)
  • Drum (55 gallon)
  • Bulk to be pumped into bulk tanks
How often do you deliver?

Typically lubricant and tank wagon fuel deliveries are Monday – Friday. Transport fuel deliveries are available 24/7.

Is there a delivery fee?

Wilcox and Flegel does not charge any delivery fees, invoice fees, or environmental fees. In order to stay competitive, we do have a minimum order requirement for free delivery.

What if my order is below the minimum?

Depending on the product, we can ship via UPS or can have the product available for will call pick up at your nearest warehouse or deliver for an additional $50.

Do you offer bulk storage and handling equipment?

Yes- Wilcox and Flegel offers a variety of bulk oil, DEF and fuel tanks. We also offer pumps, reels, meters and more!

What is your service area?

Wilcox and Flegel covers all of Oregon, Washington, the pan handle of Idaho, and SE Alaska. We also have the capability to work with other lubricant distributors to accommodate your company’s exact footprint.

Do you offer bulk equipment?

Yes- Wilcox and Flegel offers a variety of bulk oil, DEF and fuel tanks. We also offer pumps, reels, meters and more!

Does W+F offer used oil pickup?

We currently do not offer used oil pickup, but we partner with multiple companies that we can refer you to.

How do I find out more about purchasing products from W+F?

Does W+F offer credit terms?

Yes, please click here to access our credit application. W+F offers 15-day terms on cardlock fuel, and 30- day terms upon credit approval for delivered fuel, lubricants, and DEF.

Can I pay my invoices with a credit card?

Yes! Most of our customers prefer to use our online payment portal found here.

Can I pay my W+F invoices online?

Yes! Utilizing W+F’s online payment portal makes paying invoices simple and fast!

Does W+F offer vendor managed inventory?

Yes. W+F offers multiple methods to support our customers inventory management needs. The most commonly used tool is tank monitor systems. These tank monitors allow us to ensure you stay up and running, they are secure and provide useful reporting to assist you with your inventory needs. We also provide data driven reports to help our customers plan their inventories and ensure you never run out.

Does W+F offer loaned equipment?

Yes, W+F supports customers with loaned equipment when needed. Please contact a sales rep to see if you qualify today!

Cardlock

Can I set limitations on my card?

Cardlock cards are customizable! Wilcox+Flegel Cardlock Account Specialists can help you set your cards with restrictions that fit your fleet needs. These can be set by individual card or account wide, including gallon limits, product limitations and retail site restrictions.

What do I do if my card was lost or stolen?

Wilcox+Flegel is available 24/7 for reporting lost or stolen cards at 1-800-438-9656. Our Account Specialists can invalidate a card and will follow up with a phone call to confirm with you that your account is secure. Your account safety is our top priority.

How do I get a replacement card?

Wilcox+Flegel is committed to helping you manage your fleet. We are available Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm at 1-800-438-9656 or you can email cardlock@wilcoxandflegel.com with your card order needs.

Can I purchase gasoline in Oregon?

While we can supply Diesel Only cards for use in Oregon, gasoline purchases in Oregon at Cardlock sites is restricted; customers must provide us with business eligibility documentation showing active business status and sign an agreement with us certifying you will meet all the requirements. For more specific information from the state visit https://www.oregon.gov/osfm/education/pages/self-serve-gasoline.aspx and scroll to “Customer Qualifying Requirements.”  Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding your access options in Oregon. Where can I use my Cardlock card
We offer both CFN and Pacific Pride cards which grant access to over 25 Wilcox+Flegel Cardlock sites and 40,000+ locations across the nation by adding in the Fuelman network of retail sites. Whether you are using a stand-alone Cardlock facility or are visiting a Fuelman location, our Cardlock Program has you covered. What is a Fuelman site?

Fuelman sites (retail) are extended network sites that accept fuel access cards. Some examples include Pilot, Loves Speedway, and Chevron. Fuelman access is something you can request access to—contact one of our specialists today.
