Wilcox and Flegel Announces Aaron Wilcox as Chief Executive Officer
LONGVIEW, WASHINGTON, April 13, 2022 – Wilcox and Flegel, a leading northwest fuel and lubricant distributor, today announced that Aaron Wilcox has been named as Chief Executive Officer. Wilcox is a third-generation leader at the company, where he’s served as President for the last six years.
With Wilcox’s advancement to CEO, current Vice President Bill Hall will be stepping into the role of President at the company, where he’ll oversee day-to-day operations. Hall was named Vice President in November of 2019, after serving as Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing for the previous five years.
“My new role as CEO focuses on what’s happening to the business long term. It’s a position that involves meeting with customers, high-level vendors, and banks—big relationships that affect the direction we’re heading and the story we’re telling,” says Wilcox. “To make that possible, Bill is stepping up to take the reins of day-to-day operations, where he can focus on integrating the many departments within Wilcox and Flegel to ensure alignment for meeting our more immediate goals.”
With this new leadership direction, Wilcox and Flegel is well-positioned to meet its objective of becoming the best and most reliable northwest company with which to do business.
Wilcox and Flegel is an authorized distributor for Phillips 66, Kendall, and Redline Oil. For more than 100 years, Wilcox and Flegel has provided a comprehensive portfolio of products and services that help ensure people and businesses throughout the region have the fuel and lubricant products they need to get where they’re going.
