How It Works

Fill out a cardlock account application (and supporting forms if you want to fuel in Oregon).

Step 2

Review

Your application will be reviewed.

Step 3

Approval

If approved, cardlock cards will be created and sent to you for immediate use.

Step 4

Pay Online

Cardlock is billed on the 15th and last day of the month. You can pay online through our portal, or by EFT, ACH, or check.
